Mis sentidos – My senses

Dear parents,

Our goal this week will be for the

Children to learn about their five senses.

We will be doing the following activities: playing with different textures, hearing sounds of rain or musical instruments, and we will be tasting our favorite fruits.

We will also sing and dance songs about the five senses, and paint with our hands to feel the texture.

At home you can touch objects of different textures and watch their reactions!  It will be

exciting. Enjoy!

Please, bring along their favorite fruit on Friday, for the

children to taste it! Thanks.

Please, bring family photos, one photo of the child, and extra clothes appropriate for the weather.

Also, please bring diapers and wipes, and a blanket. Blankets will be sent home

on Fridays to be washed.

Please, review your child’s journal every day.
