🔠 What are we learning?

Dear Mariquitas Parents,

We would like to thank you once again for all your support and for letting us play such an important role in your child’s life.

This week the children will be learning about the universe. We have scheduled a few exciting learning activities such as painting black a paper, cut and glue stars and the moon in it; color a flipchart with blue color and glue planet images over it and decorate an astronaut cap.

🔆 Friendly Reminders

●      Check your child’s cubby and make sure to take home on Fridays your child’s blanket for laundry and bring it back on Mondays.

●      Bring extra diapers, wipes and diaper rash ointment/cream.

●      Memorial Day on Monday, May 30th. School will be closed.

●      Parent-Teacher conferences starting June 6th thru June 10th.

●      Father’s Day celebration on June 17th.

Dear Mariquitas Parents,

This week the children will be learning about wild animals. We have scheduled a few exciting learning activities such as painting a giraffe with our own hands, tearing paper and sticking the paper pieces together into a lion shape and creating art using a flip chart while exploring nature at the park.

WHAT WE ´RE LEARNING?                      ●     Talk of wild animals, we will touch stuffed animals and put them in a cage. ●     We will make the face of an elephant and a monkey with disposable plates. REMINDERS Please remember to bring diapers and wipes. Take the blanket home on Fridays to wash them and bring them on Monday. Thank you for help.

The Animal Kingdom

Dear Parents,

This week we will continue learning about the animal kingdom, particularly about farm and wild animals. We have planned interesting learning activities such as painting freely with hands and feet, creating a little pig with a paper bag, going out to the park to sing and play with animals. We are confident that it will be a fun week for the children.
