"Celebrating Independence Day" / "Celebrando el Dia de la Independencia"

Dear Mariquitas Parents,

I hope you had an excellent week. Our Mariquitas really enjoyed their splash days this week. We will continuelearning more and more with our theme for this week - "Celebrating Independence Day" / "Celebrando el Diade la Independencia." Our goal this week is for the children to learn more about the United States of America, such as: the colors and appearance of the flag, and how we celebrate July 4th.

Special Activities:

We have some fun activities planned for this week:

Monday: we will paint hats and a big American flag.

Tuesday: Crazy hair!

Wednesday: Picnic! Your child can share some fruit or snack with our class.


Thursday: Independence Day parade! Please, wear clothes that relate to the 4th of July celebration.

"We Go Camping"

Dear Mariquitas Parents,
I hope you had a beautiful week! Our Mariquitas really enjoyed our first week of summer camp. This week we will continue to enjoy it with our new theme "We Go Camping" - "Nos Vamos de Campamento". They will have the opportunity to explore through fun, hands-on learning.

Special Activities:
This week we will make a fruit salad.
Monday - We will be exploring. Please bring a canteen and binoculars.
Wednesday - Picnic day

Summer is here.

Dear Mariquitas Parents,

I hope you had an extraordinary week. This week, we conclude our regular classes and we will start summer camp! We are very happy with children and parents for your support during this time. Our Mariquitas did an excellent job this year. This week our Mariquitas learn about the topic "Llego el verano" - "The Summer is Here."  Also, will they can practice gross motor.

This week we will preparing a delicious lemonade.
 We will also have splash days. Please bring water-fun appropriate clothes.

"El Universo y Yo" / "The Universe and Me" 

Dear Mariquitas Parents:

I hope you had a beautiful week. This week we will conclude our year, we are very happy with our children they learned a lot and have really enjoyed their time. This week we will continue learning about our magical theme "Mi Universo y yo" / "My Universe and Me", our Mariquitas can observe our family pictures and recognize Dad. We’ll also sing songs about of the opposites - up and down.

This week we can observe the sky and ask questions to review, for example: 
What color is the sky? 
What do you see there?
